Figure above show examples of digital multimeter. A digital multimeter (DMM) is a test tool used to measure two or more electrical values. The parameters available depend on the maker and the model of the instrument. Multimeter is one of the most widely used instruments in industrial field. For the calibration of DMM, in giving you the confidence in measurement, we use our standards that at least four times better than DMM accuracy. Every parameter exist must be calibrated in order to make sure the stability and sustainability of an instrument. Before the calibration process start, we will inspect and clean the instrument as in our procedure for calibration. Every step will be performed by trained technicians.
During the calibration, the environment will be controlled by referring to the requirements stated in International Standards. The concept for measurement is using direct measurement which the input injected will be equal to output obtained. All safety precautions will be taken into account before, during and after calibration. In case if any instrument is out of manufacturer’s specification, we will immediately notify our customer to get actual specification requirements.
