In line with the Quality Policy of Nusantara Technologies Sdn. Bhd., the Quality Objectives of the company with regards to customer satisfaction and operational excellence shall be:
- Achieve average rating of 7-Good on 70% of customer survey feedback;
- Perform testing/calibration within 4 working days of receiving sample/instrument;
- Issue test/calibration reports within 3 working days upon of testing/calibration;
- Errors in reports to be less than 1% of total reports issued per year;
- Issue invoice within 3 working days after receiving completed test report;
