Message from Our Chairman and CEO
As the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer, I am honored to serve Nusantara Technologies Sdn. Bhd. along with the collective energies of our outstanding board members, superior leadership team and dedicated staff.
Nusatek, a brand name for Nusantara Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is well established since 1991 from hard work and achievements in testing, calibration and inspection services locally and worldwide. Despite the remarkable pace of change in the world around us, we have demonstrated our ability to face challenges and remain focused on what we do best – providing our customers with the best of our capabilities for the good of our customers, employees, stakeholders and community. We are proud of the progress we have made and we look forward to continued and dynamic growth.

As for our future plans for the next 10 years and full commitment to our customers and industries, and the provision of the best services, Nusatek will continually invest in equipment, facilities and manpower to improve services and fulfil market demand. The focus will be on retaining existing and building new customers for the Oil and Gas industries, to extend business capabilities like Environmental, Health and Safety, and Product Reliability. Nusatek will venture into the Electrical and Instrumentation, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, Automotive, as well as Aviation and Power Generation industries. In future, Nusatek aims to setup the full capabilities for Calibration and Measurement, Training and Management.
Rest assured that, wherever my adventures may lead me, my spirit will remain connected to our efforts and to furthering the vision and mission of Nusantara Technologies Sdn. Bhd. into the foreseeable future.

Dato’ Dr. Mohamed Razali bin Dato’ Mohamed Yusoff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Geography from the University of Malaya in 1968 and an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Nottingham. Currently, Dato’ Dr. Mohamed Razali bin Dato’ Mohamed Yusoff is the Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Nusantara Technologies Sdn Bhd and also a member Board of Director of Nusantara Test Services Sdn. Bhd.
Dato’ Dr. Mohamed Razali bin Dato’ Mohamed Yusoff is a well known business entrepreneur having more than 48 years of experience in various industries, ranging from banking, manufacturing and academia.
He had been served in various capacities whilst working in Dunlop Malaysian Industries Berhad, from 1968 to 1981. His last position was General Manager and served in numerous capacities (Sales Manager, Product Manager and General Manager) with Dunlop Singapore, Dunlop Hong Kong, Dunlop Indonesia, Dunlop Australia in cross postings / training. From 1981 to 1983 he was appointed as Group Chief Executive, Arab Malaysian Merchant Bank Group of which had contributing his expertise in banking management and facilities. With his qualification and vast experiences, he was appointed as Financial advisor to Nusantara Test Services Sdn Bhd and one of the Board Directors since 2001.
Contribution to academic society
Being a prominent leader in various industries, his dedicated contribution and numerous years of in higher ranking position, he was appointed by several local and international Universities for posts such as being an Adjunct Professor for Nottingham University Malaysia; Honorary Distinguished Visiting Fellow and Writer, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia; a Member of the Board of Trustees, Raja Zarith Sofiah Foundation, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia / Le High University, Pennsylvania USA; on the Board of Advisors, Centre of Malay Excellence, Universiti Malaya; and the Board of Advisors, University Industry Collaboration, Universiti Utara Malaysia, as well as Visiting Lecturer for the University of Teheran, Iran.
Prior to being actively involved in the academic sector, he has actively contributed his expertise to several organisations :

• Certified ASNT Level III in Radiographic Testing
• Certified Level III in RT & UT
En. Mohd. Diah bin Baba, was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors and Operations Director of Nusantara Technologies Sdn. Bhd. in 1995 owing to his years of experience in the testing industry. He is an Engineer by profession and graduated from the MARA Institute Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
Prior to joining the company, he received formal training from Malaysian Institute of Nuclear Technology (MINT) in Non Destructive Testing and later was attached to Singapore Test Services Pte Ltd, in Non-Destructive Testing, Material Testing and Calibration. Upon obtaining vast experiences in testing services, he began his journey as an NDT Engineer in Nusatek in 1990 and become among the pioneers who established the reputation of Nusatek.
To add on his testimony and profile, En. Mohd. Diah bin Baba, is Certified American Society Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) Level III practitioner in Radiographic Testing since 1992.
Apart from that, he is also a Certified Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) by the Atomic Energy Licensing Board (Lembaga Perlesenan Tenaga Atom-LPTA) since September 1991 and nominated as RPO of the Company.
In 2008, he was appointed Panel for TAC CIAST, Shah Alam on the development of Vocational Syllabus for National Council for Vocational Training. (Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan)
Based on his technical qualifications, experiences and his active involvement in the Testing Industry, is a qualified and Certified Level III in Radiographic Testing & Ultrasonic Testing – Welded Construction (Oil & Gas) by Department of Skills Development in 2014.
For his contribution to the testing industry over the years, he was appointed as member of the National Industrial Expert by the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Human Resources for the Non-Destructive Testing field since 2011 to contribute his knowledge and technical expertise nationwide.
As part of his social responsibility, he actively contributes his ideas and expertise for Malaysian Society of Non-Destructive Testing, of which Nusatek is corporate member since 1992.
He was nominated by the Malaysian Society of Non-Destructive Testing (MSNT) as a Technical Panel Expert. He contributes to the development of the National Occupational Skill Standard (NOSS) for the Oil and Gas Industry in Non-Destructive Testing Syllabus in the RT and UT Methods.
With his high profile list of certified technical qualifications and vast range of experience of more than 25 years in the testing and inspection field, En. Mohd. Diah bin Baba has contributed tremendously toward the the technical expertise team and also responsible for the development, expansion and advancement of Non-Destructive Testing, Material Testing and Calibration services. With his leadership alongside with the management team and dedicated staff, he will continue to bring about innovation, improvement and revolution in the testing industry and positive growth for the entire company.
